Fact of the Week

We all like to play outside (hopefully) and while were playing its very easy to get caught up in the moment of having fun and accidently get hurt or hurt someone else. Everyone at Health4Kids wants you to exercise and the best way to exercise is to play outside. In order to do so, you should be aware of what you’re doing and make sure your not putting yourself or others in danger.
