Exercise of the week


There are a lot of good exercises out there that will wear you out and make you very sleepy, however, sometimes when your exercising it’s more important to just be active. Being active on a regular basis is a lot more important than just exercising, because the more active you are the less you’ll have to work out.

So for this week I want you take a short walk for a half hour. You can walk most of the time, but have a minute or two in between where you job for a bit. Doing this will save you loads of pain later if you have to do a whole bunch of sit-ups and pushups.

Doing this exercise will grant you 100 points!
